The thing is: Divine Benison will eat up any and ALL lillies, regardless of how many you have...and is on a 60s CD...there's no multiple Emergency Stoneskins. you have to wait for it to come off CD again.

I'm assuming he's suggesting it be changed to have no cooldown, so it basically becomes like Lustrate, but for mitigation. It's an interesting idea, but not one I can really support. There's little need for back-to-back mitigation like that (if THAT'S needed, then you probably need general raidwide mitigation anyway), and WHM needs mitigation at a much lower level than 66, due to mechanics in older content.

Recast reduction is also a terrible bonus, so while it working that way is better, it's still a very unsatisfying system in general.
