This is the argument you've been making this whole time, and it's actually accurate. Spamming expensive, slow, single target heals is, in fact, the most potent healing, but it is not the most efficient, or the most common. WHM's cast regens, and pop instas. In between, we single target heal and DPS. This is the way we play. It simply is.

that's a nice summary. However potent healing or efficient is matter of semantics. if you asked the question which of the skills used is most efficiently uses their max potency? That right there would be a measure of EFFICIENCY.

So guys are telling me Effective Potency/Max Potency isn't a measure of efficiency???? I'm not allowed to say efficiency??????? If this isn't a measure of efficiency?? what is it??????
