Are there any guides on PVP skills? Which ones should we spend exp on first? Which ones are useless and so on...?
Wither is the most important one. You get both upgrades for it.
Aetheric Burst you'll want the CD cut, the SS reduction and Extended debuff duration isn't what you're going for so you pass on them unless you really want them.
Mystic veil you get the third Upgrade. In 4vs4 you also get the first upgrade for safety purposes and cutting the healers range or the casters/rangeds range. The second upgrade isn't needed.
In 4vs4 you get equanimity fully. In seal rock you pass on them.
In 4vs4 you get mana draws second upgrade for more Ruin III spam. Might wanna put 4 points less into equanimity and cut CD of mana draw with that instead. Up to you.
Purify is an absolute must.
If you have anything left, VIT trait.
If VIT is full and you still got points left, INT.
In seal rock I only get mystic veils third upgrade, purify, aetheric bursts CD cut and both wither upgrades. The rest goes into VIT and INT.
Hi guys
quick question. When is the best time to use Raging Strikes and also when is the best time to use Enkindle? I see some rotations using it in DWT but i find the cast so tempermental i'm worried about wasting seconds trying to get it to work!
thanks!
raging always with aetherflow dwt 3D combo
enkindle whenever its up (should be paired with rouse)
The first enkindle should be applied with RS+DWT+Rouse+Spour for 1,2*1,1*1,4*1,4* 250 pot = 2,59 * 250 pot = 647,5 potency or even 712,25 potency with TA. That's around ~7000 dmg (uncritted) I think.
I am pretty sure RS and DWT don't apply to pet damage. If that is the case, taking time to pop oGCDs for your pet may actually make you lose DPS elsewhere, especially in DWT.
Enkindle should generally be used with both Rouse and Spur since those do stack for 96% additional damage. It's a little trickier later in the fight since Spur and Enkindle won't be ready at the same time.
I've noticed some videos on YouTube of people using rotations other than the old 2F1P and 1F2P rotations from Hai Hai's 3.0 guide. Have there been any considerable adjustments made to what is considered the best rotation?
^ Was coming here to post something similar. It seems like, at least for the opener, people have been using ED to get DWT faster for more burst. I guess it's done to use AF sooner. I'm not totally sure on any of this, however, because I've never actually researched my rotation. Think I'll try the dummy to get some ideas.
EDIT: I managed to clear through the A6S dummy with a 210 weapon and ring, 230 chest and pants, and 220 everything else. Didn't use food nor potions. I couldn't come close to the A7S dummy... probably needed like another 20 seconds at that rate. I have no idea if this means I'm doing it right or not.

While putting my nose to the grindstone for maximizing damage on A1S and A2S, I stumbled across Kakashe's opener which utilizes ED to initiate DWT faster. He arranges a confluence of active cooldowns (RS, DWT, Drac Potion, raid buffs) to frontload exceptionally hard hitting attacks.

I have difficulty following his opener with 100% precision, but it helped me realize that delaying the first Aetherflow was an actual loss of damage.
