    Let's say you do 1500 over 3 minutes. You can simply go look at what percent fracture did of that, I'm going say it's going be about 2%. 1500 · 2% = 30 dps added over 3 minutes. That's not counting the rotational benefit from demo timers. So it's Prolly on the 40ish 50ish dps end. I don't think you will ever use enough fractures to make up more than 2% of your dps without lots of tp, or just dropping DK or Twin multiply times which will lose more dps than it will yeild. FRACTURE SHOULD ONLY BE USED TO ACCOMMODATE DEMO TIMERS.

    Now I think about it, prolly don't use enough fracture to even make 2% anymore.

    This is the gist of it. i would extend it to timers in general but for simplicity's sake you can just stick to demo.

    Honestly, there is no other timers you would want to alter other than demo. Sure you could fracture on a lot of different things in the monk rotation, but the only one that gives you the rotational benefit is the demo one.

    I think i understand what you mean here. Every time you use fracture, you delay one of your combo abilities by 1. If you use fracture 6 times in an encounter (with no pauses), you lose out on 6 combo abilities that would have taken fracture's place. In your example, fracture does indeed account for 30dps of your total damage, but comparing a similar 3 minute parse where you don't use fracture at all in your rotation would result in more bootshines(or DKs), more True Strikes(or twS), more demos (or SPs), which increases the overall damage of the other abilities. The dps increase is negligible at best, but an increase nonetheless. If you have the TP, go for it, if not, it's not that big of a dps increase.
