I doubt they would make any changes like that.

I'm 99.99% sure it's just as simple as a duration increase and slightly higher potential. What Almalexia said seems pretty realistic. What would and increase like that change though? If we would get 30% at GL3, that would be a 3% increase over now, that's along the lines of 40 DPS increase with the numbers we're getting right now (dummy).

EDIT: I'm not suggesting that's low or high, just want your opinions

I think mnks and drgs are doing pretty close damage as of right now, this would put mnk on top of drg (dps in general) for sure.

Edit: And they would be the best melee dps at AoE damage, not gonna lie, i'd strap yourselves in. Some Nins might throw a fit.
