What type of scaling? I did see one post where pet damage in the same gear would decrease while player level increased, which is probably due to the way pets are coded similar to secondaries.
i.e.
1 point of crit @ lvl 50 is greater than 1 point of crit @ lvl 60.
Pet must be effected this way even with primary and MD stats. But luckily we get more stats per gear at higher levels to offset that.

Or is there a different scaling issue that people are noticing? Like pets just aren't increasing in performance at the same rate as the master?

Anyone else find themselves burning Dread Flare almost immediately just because they want to get that AOE off on as many mobs as possible before your team mates kill any?
