that happens rarely, most of the time if not each time, you kick the guy and stand there counting the sheeps just before everybody abandons because nobody is coming in or agin not the one you want and paff kick the guy again...how is that more productive I wonder

But people prefer to point fingers and define someone else as the culprit then take their responsability and leave if they dont like something
