CT, Primals, Coil turn 1 are all duty findered. Also I have a static to progress in Coil 2, from what I've noticed a lot of people static for Coil 2.
Your not good at this whole context thing are you.
So if the class is deemed worthless by everyone your claim is "well they can still do duty finder"
CT = outdated content worse gear than group dungeons provide
Primals = see above
Coil 1-5 = see above
static = not DF. See original statement.
What class are you talking about? I am talking about a Thief Job. Something that doesn't even exist in the game can not be confirmed to be worthless or worthwhile. Also there is this thing called creativity that devs used to make combat styles not only fun, and exciting, but useful to the group you are playing with. Just because you can not think of ideas does not mean the devs are incapable of thinking of them.Your not good at this whole context thing are you.

Plenty of people dislike Dragoons but they are still allowed into parties and endgame. Some would pick up a Blackmage, Monk, or Bard before a Dragoon.
Doesn't matter what class your talking about. When you have 15 classes to fill 8 raid spots (or as will be the case in 3.0 unless they expand raid size 12 classes for 8 slots) some classes will be deemed less useful than others and be left out.What class are you talking about? Do you understand the different between a class and a job? Because I'm talking about a job and you are still saying class. lol
This game doesn't have 15 or even 12 classes that do raid content, what game are you playing? There are only 8 combat classes in the game. There will be 9 combat classes in 2.4.
Honestly if we want to be totally truthful. None of the classes in the game do raid content. But jobs in this game do raid content. 4 man dungeons are the only place I have seen people as a class doing content within a party setting. I have never seen anyone in a class for CT, Coil, and Hard/Extreme Primals.

I want as many classes/jobs SE can give us and the sooner the better I want more variety in the classes/jobs I choose, so I'm thankful we are getting a ninja at least now we just need a class/job that uses nunchakus and a class/job that uses tonfas then i'll be really happy.
not everything is based on the efficiency or the most wanted.
more class means more difference experience of gameplay. indeed if the class are way too similar the experience will be the same.
but each class have different mechanic soo far, let's see how ninja will be before begin to say pointless to add more class/jobs.
what reynhart is trying to say is that in 2.4 ....8 slots in party 4 for dps , 6 dps (blm ,smn , brd, drg ,mnk , nin), means 2 jobs are out , and since FFXIV is a min maxing game u will take the best jobs for it , if nin is OP u will exchange a melee for it , if its a gimped job , nins wont be able to get a raid spot (other than farming runs or old content)
They are balancing the jobs so that each job is viable for every raid. Just what people who want to play the class shouldn't be ignored because it's not as good as the other classes.
