As much as I agree with you, thats just not gonna happen. Some people are nice and don't care but most people will want what is most efficient for the content. If Ninja does good DPS like monk or even decent Dps but has slashing damage. you'll see more people wanting nin/drg/brd instead of bringing in monk. If Ninjas dps isn't great and has bad utility or is just too difficult to see played well, then ninja will get left out of content. Thats the game we play and it's been like that since day 1. In a way it's kind of sad but that's just how it is. Synergy/Utility/power over playing your favorite class or in some cases your favorite role.
