I join FC statics, I play with people that know me in the game. It is best to join a FC that does end game. But honestly none of the jobs out right now are useless and do not hold their weight. What people are trying to say is that they dont have faith in the devs to create a job that is useful and if found unuseful, have the job revised just like they did for previous jobs.

What buff on Monk are you talking about? I only played Monk during 2.0 - 2.2 then changed my main to Bard after a month into 2.2 because my new static already had a Monk. I never had a problem doing end game on Monk when it was my main. Every time I did end game there was a monk present. I never seen a problem with Monk if the player knows how to dodge and learn to flank well.

It all comes down to is the player skilled or not.
