That is true also but with how gear can be equip on any class at any rank most people just run around in R50 gear anyway, this is something I hope they address with the rank restricted gear coming.

people havent been doing this in a long long time

sure a few people still do, but they are a very small minority now


also i remember in 11, exp was cut in half if you were level syncd along with everything, so people may not like that since itl gimp their sp even more
