This patch note is a joke by itself... Again healer, ranged, RDM and SMN pushed aside, while PCT get again a buff.
At this point is just hilarous.

Hum, you maybe right.... between all thoses potency buff, i missed the potency nerf on the 3 or 4 skills mixed in it XD
Well, i still would love to see the healer in a postion of being nerfed at all cost.... Which will never happen XD

They nerfed the muses, but buffed everything else.
A lot of classes just randomly getting changes to their AoE dps, because AoE is definitely very relevant in many fights.

So, healers' kits didn't change this patch. I don't think that's a surprise.

But judging from the notes…

Due to the unique nature of future battle design, we anticipate situations in which close-ranged attacks may be difficult to execute, so we have generally increased the attack potency of melee DPS roles.

…I can't help but feel that encounters aren't exactly being designed to make healer gameplay more exciting.
