Or maybe they looking at the insane amount of work they need to do and :
- Dev: "Chiiiiiieeeeef! there is way too much work to do! I don't want to do it! I quit if you make me do it!"
- Chief : "*sigh* Ok.... Just put some more charge on this and a bit of potency of that and be done.... It's not like they are a lot anyway"
Wouldn't say it's all DPS.
Phys range has been neglected just as much as healers, those players understand how healers feel with the whole "wow having me here really is pointless isn't it" vibe
You're the peloton bot just like I'm the heal bot
There is no point for them to talk about this. Japan players are happy with the simple healer rotation and they don't care if the hardest content can be done without healers, they see it as a challenge. JP and NA/EU have diferent thoughts about this and in this case JP won :/
That’s honestly another reason to complain, this games blatant favouritism of JP despite them being a vast minority within the game (last census put them at barely 26% of the playerbase)There is no point for them to talk about this. It’s hard to get a perfect read of the EN playerbase on healers but on something like VPR where it was clearly JP wants change EN doesn’t EN should have won out by nature of being 75% of the total playerbase
As a healer main in this game for nigh on 14 years all I can say is that I’m tired. My role has been eroded of complexity and expression for 3 expansions. I’ve watched the tanks do my role for me for 2 expansions and my feedback and critiques continue to fall on deaf ears.
I have no idea who modern healers are designed for but I know now it’s not me. This is the first expansion I’m truly considering dropping the healer role and not returning, so if that was the goal- congratulations I guess
Maybe the JP players are whaling super hard on Mogstation and that’s why SE goes straight to addressing their feedback and not ours.
Quick everyone, buy a [local currency sign]39.99 Mount and get one whole feedback for free
ok I typed it can you put the gun down now please
You know, for a joke, it might not be so far from the truth.Maybe the JP players are whaling super hard on Mogstation and that’s why SE goes straight to addressing their feedback and not ours.

I don't think it helps anyone to shift the blame onto the entire JP playerbase, some of them clearly do not like current healer design either. There is no point for them to talk about this. There's also the case of Kaiten where the majority of EN and JP were united in wanting it back and SE told the collective playerbase to go pound sand.
They very likely only look at internal metrics and decide whether or not it's worth the time and money to address the problems.
I'm not blaming JP players. Is not a bad thing to like the healers design. I don't so i switch to tank.I don't think it helps anyone to shift the blame onto the entire JP playerbase, some of them clearly do not like current healer design either.
