    It was funny that in my old static, need to fill the tank role? No problem, 3 of us will. Fill the Healer slot? Everyone was fighting each other not to be the ones stuck playing that role. Not because it was difficult, but because the role is just that damn boring. We ended up agreeing to do a role rotation so players didn't feel like they were stuck having to main healer.

    I fail to see why that matters. I enjoy the current content and heard people tell me how healing was in patches and expansions before.
    Just because I'm newer than the wise old veterans, doesn't mean I can't have my opinion on the subject.

    I enjoy healing as it is. If something changes, fine by me but I'm fine if not and sabotaging with something as childish as a "healer strike" in a bloody mmo is beyond me. But again, you do you.

    The only payment I would accept to go on a -chan site is a full healer rework conceding to all requests and a "no take backsies" card.

    it is really funny how we're somehow super casual ultimate raiders that have maxed the game out but don't understand it.

    The solution is just make more situations to heal in shb dungeons and on (just increase the incoming damage and decrease war selfheal its that straightforward. Tower of zot, holminster switch,tower of babil are like perfect examples of making healers actually heal and not spam 1+dot+aoe). Adding a longer dps rotation wont fix the main issue that healers arent seen as healers, but just third weak dps. It will only attract more so called "green dps" who act like healing on a healer job is a torture. In endgame normal dungeons there is barely any need to use 80-90% of healers cds. Especially if the tank is a warrior.

    yeah this strike wont do anything but people are still allowed to voice their dissatisfaction. There is nothing wrong with wishing for more engaging gameplay without being forced into extreme and ultimate because the gap between normal dungeons and hard content is way too big. Is it really that much to ask for the game to make use of more of our abilities, which this game literally provides us?

    If you're hell bent on playing healer that's also up to you. Nobody but you pay your own sub. Enjoy the game, dawntrail, and your time with your friend.

    As a healer main in this game for nigh on 14 years all I can say is that I’m tired. My role has been eroded of complexity and expression for 3 expansions. I’ve watched the tanks do my role for me for 2 expansions and my feedback and critiques continue to fall on deaf ears.

    I have no idea who modern healers are designed for but I know now it’s not me. This is the first expansion I’m truly considering dropping the healer role and not returning, so if that was the goal- congratulations I guess

    Just tried it for expert, main scenario and leveling roulettes, and LMAO, true on all 3. Can't get any faster than an instapop.

    I got the 30 minute lockout for declining so can't try any other roulettes but I'm pretty sure they are all instant except maybe alliance roulette, which requires more dps roles.

    How? All jobs have the same amount of abilities and skills. This won't work unless they cut and add new ones.

    Oh don't be selfish. DPS also needs to have 1 button rotation treatment.

    What if my 94 year old grandma on sick bed can't play? This game must be more accessible than it currently is. We don't want to gatekeep anyone, do we?
