It's a leveling dungeon. It's not an extreme, it's not savage, it's not a criterion dungeon, it's the peak of casual content. You're over-fixating.
The lack of a tank is very apparent when someone literally dies and they have to dip into GCD heals just to keep the survivors alive, this is objectively not the preferred way to clear the dungeon, you have not presented "the scenario where you want the healer but no tank."
