Remember when SE tried to remove Energy Drain from SCH? Do you remember what happened? I'll tell you: people cried bloody murder and brought it back. So we know it is possible for them to listen, they just don't care.
Also as a casual player myself, I want healing to be more engaging. I notice a pattern in SHB and EW Dungeons on content at level 71 and 81 to this day are still super engaging because of the way they design them and how important healing is at those levels but it continues to just fall off and become easier the more you progress. We need the skill levels to match those dungeons across the board.
