You can't even enter a savage raid without normal mode, high end content doesn't exist in a vacuum.
It's also by definition something most people won't do

Reduce the recovery of "oGCDHeal" by 1/3 and increase the need for "GCDHeal".
Bring back the "stance" for healers that existed in ancient times!
You will feel the importance of GCDHeal and the difficulty of doing damage at the same time!
...I feel like this was implemented many years ago in FFXIV...
You may never know
Someone probably wrote these complaints somewhere back then too!

‘You can only have fun healing if you do high-level content’ seems like a pretty bad take to me. You’re essentially punishing every healer in the game for not doing savage or above

Someone explained the whole AIN system and why it seems wholly inconsistent at times. It first looks for specific queues that are missing a role but doesn't update until a set amount of time passes. If multiple roles are needed, it will always default to Tank -> Healer -> DPS. Hence why you always see tanks in demand yet if you actually queued, you'd wait a few minutes (sometimes upwards of 5+) as a tank but get an insta-queue as a healer.
Basically, it's extremely unreliable as any sort of statistic.

Lending my support. I am admittedly a casual. However, healing has been intensely boring (except for when people play poorly) since Shadowbringers. It was gut-wrenching logging in that first day to see how many skill icons were greyed out on my scholar. Outside of groups, having nothing but a nuke and a dot for the story is criminal. Until things change for healers (make healing more intense/active at all times, add more DPS options, add a minigame where I chase a namazu running loose in a dungeon for points so that I can keep track of my score, etc.), I'll be shelving my healers from the meager amount of group content I do.
I'll sign. I would love for more healing abilities. Usually main whm but they stripped my boy of all his tools.

180 pages. It will be interesting to see if se actually does something
Technically Yoshi P has already made official statements in a recent interview conceding that job identity and rotations are currently in a bad spot and it's something they're heavily looking into between now and 8.0.
While he didn't name the healer strike, he did jokingly mention Kaiten returning. Very interesting.
I don't expect the strike to ever be mentioned by a dev however it will certainly be interesting to see these inevitable reworks focused on "individuality" (direct quote).

Sage has failed to live up to the fantasy of a sci-fi DPS healer. Please change this for 8.0. Make Sage fast, exciting, and aggressive. It should feel like a healer that plays like a DPS. Empower the aspects of Sage's unique healing mechanics: Kardia and Eukrasia to give its healing playstyle more identity.
i still don't understand why cleric stance was straight up removed. it was too hard? ok, but it was also fun, so don't delete it, re-balance it. make it an optimization thing instead of a requirement. like a +5%/-5% alteration.
