    She's referring to the 2-story open-air vertical space in the large foyer. No other house layout has that much uninterrupted vertical space to build into. If you go on housingsnap and search "Tower" you'll see that every tower design is a large by necessity.

    Mao curious. Is all livings space in large with "tower design" confined to open part of interior? If so, Mao wonderings what gonna happens to this kind building when item limit boosted for next expansion.

    It would depend on the design. Rooms off-shooting from the base of the tower aren't unheard of.
