Right but how do you respond to him simply brushing off players concerns about heal game play with "oh just do ultimate lol"? Obviously you shouldn't levi death threats and that kind of behavior, but if that is the response to all concerns, what do you do?

I fully agree that the healers need to be reviewed.

Having said that, I suspect a simple communication error on his part. Something that happens to everyone. In exactly the same way, wow players screamed when they were told not to play a certain warlock spec, claiming it was the ultimate disrespect.

When in fact, it was certainly an admission of weakness, lack of planning, an unfortunate phrase dropped a bit quickly or simply that the developers were in some kind of impasse at that moment.

So it doesn't seem to me to be enough to hate a director who manages his MMORPG well; and who, above all, keeps the right to be human (and therefore to make mistakes).
