The trouble is the customers think they're in such a majority when they're really not.I don't have anything against him tbh, but to the people that fiercely defend him....
Being rude and hard are unacceptable.....for period of time.....
if customer voices aren't heard then another actions are needed, threats of legal actions,being combative or angry ...all that is pure frustration...I read several examples like comparing to services(restaurants and such) death threats are completely unnecessary tho.
well.....if you don't like the service or something and no one listen or take you seriously you'll get mad...is pure frustration and is understandable.
Hell..most places will refund your money...but here you get banned (to my understanding) if you ask for some form of refund.
Is anyone truly a fierce defender or do they just see through the BS that people post? I think it's more of the latter. People just get defensive and yell "white knight".
