How do we get refund for early access?

If you don't want to wait in queue then wait a few weeks. As I said above there is no prize for finishing FFXIV quicker than anyone else.

If you expected to play FFXIV without a queue at launch, or problems during early access, that's a "you" problem.

Is that what I said? No. Queues are fine. Waiting 2 hours to get kicked and put back in the line, is not. Yeah, silly me. I shouldn't expect a multi billion dollar company to be at least somewhat prepared. Then again, this is SE, afterall. Notorious for being corporate jackaloons.

I believe this comes under "problems during early access", and as I said above that's a you problem. It should be fine for official release though so you have the option for waiting and you get a 7 day refund on your subscription for the problems you faced during early access so *shrugs*

I would rather pay an additional 12 dollars to avoid these issues.
