    Glam on could be automatically disbaled when entering a duty. Its only a visual option would not stop parties from being formed.

    And then that person has to be seen differently than they would wish.

    If people would have no problem with possibly being seen differently within an instance and just not being seen in the overworld.. I would have no issue with that implementation.
