Which doesn't stop them from being a part of the same society because, again, being together 24/7 isn't what they value in their relationships as shown in above quote. Not to mention that they live easily for 240 years and even longer, and in this scenario seeing each other every 3-5 years (according to dramaturge) isn't even that rare tbh, especially given that we don't know for how long they stay in the village when they come back. /shrug
