This is not about not wanting to learn or people not improving. It's giving new players a bad experience and using a loophole to do so. I am not anti premade, I want 8 man premade back it one of the things that made me even do frontlines as well.

I do not think the answer is community mass grand company sync farming
You and I just see this differently. I don't see it as a loophole. To me, syncing queue is no different from using discord and queue syncing into Hydatos in the attempt at BA with a preformed party. SE clearly said they didn't want that to happen, but it did even though they wanted and expected us to PuG it out while inside the instance. I bet a lot of people in here complaining about premades are happy with their Ozma mount though. SE hasn't made a comment about this 'issue' themselves. It's clear that SE doesn't know how to handle PvP and are struggling to balance a large scale battle with a 3 way team.

The only way to 'fix' this 'issue' that people seem to have it to enforce Freelancer 100% of the time. (Let's fuck the lore, amirite?) But they would lose a large player base because of it, myself as well. No point in playing if I can't play my friends cooperatively. If I want the Feast experience in being pitted against them, I'd just play Feast.

However, I would like that people stop saying every premade party is just a group of tryhards trying to ruin peoples day by 'exploiting' something easily accessible and available to everyone. I'm sure there are plenty of premade parties out there that just don't have the experience and go unnoticed as such. But of course people make forum posts about the ones they struggle to defeat.
