When my PvP friends were playing, we'd group up in a group of 8 and just have fun with the match. We lost a lot, but that's because we were doing stuff like going all nin in stealth (back in HW), and use all of our LB on one person at the same time for laughs to surprise players on the other team.
Far from meta strats. We wouldn't be able to do it now though, as they removed 24 man, and cut it down to 4 people per party queue. Our messing around for fun would just bring others down now..

Oh well, sooner or later SE will have to pick a side and screw the other, question is if its gonna pre or solos, since obviously the current state just don't work for either.

Either will be fine with me tho since there will be plenty of drama and feast will always be there to separate the skilled from the bads.
I just hope that if they go the solo-forced freelancer route they add some new mounts/rewards.

Positive feedback tends to imply that he's happy with it right? I mean yeah, wasn't intended obviously, but he sure as hell isn't frowning upon it.

And considering that the west used the discord queueing method and Japan pugged, I'm really curious to see where Yoshi-P has stated that he has frowned upon this method. Could you link it please?

As far as I would like to give a thoughtful input it's difficult to agree or disagree with anything here.

I don't mind if there are separate queues for premades. I don't see how that will work at all. I'm certain that majority that groups up are looking to wind down and just have fun.

Then there's just being placed on a random team or the ability not to choose a gc to play on. As good as that may sound overall it'll only cause stress over time, and it'll eventually cause people to slowly quit playing frontlines, especially with 24 man being nonexistent. Not everyone has the same win condition in frontlines.

Honestly, I think people needs to change their mindsets in frontlines before offering ideas here. Whether either idea gets implemented or ignored I don't think it's going to improve gameplay that much at all as long as people's mindsets doesn't improve. This was the same thing I saw when Astragalos first came out before the mode wasn't able to pop freely on it's own. It's scary thinking about the future of pvp.
