So, being someone who has gone through the CS skips in ARR before in 2.4+, I've seen people whine about it before. It was a real issue back when Poetics Farms was the general reason for running MSQ Roulette for Binding Coil. However, since a large amount of EXP is garnered behind a boring cutscene you have to run every day, people grow tired of seeing it over and over. Let alone, just the walk through Castrum feels like a slog to most that are 60-70+ considering it even gives LESS just because it's not so covered in Cutscenes. Even if kicking the new players who watch the cutscenes in a group that will DC and reconnect just to skip Nero's 5 minute monologue and Baelsar's 2 minute pep talk is wrong, the system needs to change with MSQ Roulette.

We have how many end-game dungeons now that aren't optional? Let's see here...

Lv 50
Castrum Meridianum
The Praetorium
Keeper of the Lake
The Steps of Faith(not a dungeon, but literally the end of ARR)

Lv 60
The Aetherochemical Research Facility
Sohm Al(Just before Nidhogg)
The Final Steps of Faith(End of HW)
Baelsar's Wall(Final Dungeon before SB)

Lv 70
Ala Mhigo
The Royal Menagarie(Shinryu; it may be a trial, but it's a big one at the end of 4.0)
The Ghimlyt Dark

I can't remember correctly, but I believe someone asked around the time of Heavensward or Stormblood about expanding the MSQ Roulette so they wouldn't have to run the same two dungeons again and again. Same goes for Expert. Regardless, these dungeons(and trials) are at the peak of their stories that set up the bigger storyline going into the next expansion or patch series. This is shown in Keeper of the Lake and The Steps of Faith, since the story there relates to the dragons and Ishgard.

Given that we're limited to the only two end-game ARR dungeons that are hella old, people will eat the penalty if they get Praetorium or Castrum rather than sit there for so long. Even still, it's 30m worth of time. By expanding the MSQ Roulette to dungeons that are at the peak of their story you will have a broader selection and people will actually like the roulette instead of simply attempting to skip Praetorium's Cutscenes just because there's a huge reward locked behind it. Of course, if they were to do that, they would have to adjust MSQ roulette as a whole so that it's fair across the board. That will be for the development team to decide upon since for Leveling Roulette, the XP you get is based on the dungeon/trial you play along with your current level; making up the XP discrepancy after completion.

TLDR; Expand MSQ Roulette so that it includes more variety.
