Tank Mitigation vs Tank DPS.

I'm not really a fan of Direct Hit on Tanks I am just aware that going from 380 Direct Hit to 1160/1820 Direct Hit tends to give biggest DpS increase due to going from a 0% chance of a Direct Hit to a 13%/24% chance.

you cant even get 1820 Direct Hit.
