You shoud be aware its not in Yoshida's hand to do so, he can't just ask for more money/employe and get it in the instant.

He didn't wait for you to do so and most likely already throw those "the game make a lot of cash" and "it would make the game even more profitable in the long run" argument for a long time now, but guess what ? We are not in a magical world were you just have to ask Tataru for a bigger check and get it. And when he did get more he have to split it in every departement that need it to make the game go further in every important part.
