Lack of End Game Content

Like, I don't understand the people who are arguing over what the definition of endgame means at this point. You KNOW what the OP was asking for, so why can't you at least acknowledge what is being asked? Why do you constantly hit him with this bogus request of asking him to level all these jobs and do all this other stuff before max level before he says anything about challenging battle content AT THE END OF THE GAME. AT THE END OF THE STORYLINE. AT THE MAX LEVEL.

This is like me telling glamour nuts to do all of the hunt achievements before they complain about glamour that they want added to this game. Those who keep making this argument to the OP sound absolutely ridiculous and seem to just want to stick their fingers in their ears while going 'lalalala, I can't hear you!'

In contrast, if you can reach End-game by levelling your main to max level and gearing it fully, anything you do after that point is End-game content, even if it's chocobo racing.

Please look forward to the next exploratory content. We'll see how that goes. (I quit Eureka shortly after reaching Pyros, so sometimes I regret not being able to attempt a BA run...sometimes.)

OK then,
Max level crafting and gather is endgame content.
Any achievement that requires you to be max level or enter a max level instance is also endgame content.
Acquiring any mount, minion or music roll that requires you to be max level or enter a max level instance is endgame content.
Hunting for glamour that requires you to be max level or enter max level content is endgame content.
Savage and normal mode are endgame content.
EX-Dungeons are endgame content.
Levelling Trusts (As you had to clear the MSQ thus gotten to max level) are endgame content.
EX-Trials are endgame content.
ShB treasure dungeon is endgame content.
ShB max level hunts are endgame content.

By 5.1.x

Eureka's replacement will be endgame content.
The Relic will be endgame content.
The 24-man raid will be endgame content.
Ultimate will be endgame content.
Plus some of the things listed above will get additions (more EX's dungeons and trials, more crafting and gathering e.c.t)


Seems like a fair amount to me.

Ironically Ultimate, the hardest, longest lasting and more challenging piece of content in the game currently is NOT endgame content for those who want challenging endgame content under this criteria.

There, I used the definition and I see a fair amount right there with more coming shortly, unless of course we get into personal preference in which case each of us could cross 90% of the things from that list as we don't wanna do them, but then it becomes a you problem not the games problem.

It's not "There's a lack of endgame content." Its "There's a lack of endgame content *I* wish to do."

My apologies, I didn't realise I'd have to specify for people I meant ShB ones given the criteria I was given was "Endgame content is stuff you do at max level with your max level character in max level content" Making the two current EX trials endgame content. Again, my apologies for not being more clear on that, if there's any other part of my post that you're unsure if I'm talking about current stuff from ShB in relation to endgame content, please, don't hesitate to ask.

Given there are plenty of extreme trials but only a couple you can engage in at max level, yeah you have to specify.

EDIT: Never mind I figured it out. Expert roulette, which has 3 dungeons.

So in your post when you mention EX-trials and EX-dungeons, you meant the couple of ex trials at max level, and the 3 dungeons in the expert roulette?
