Guess what, it happens. They improved on Pagos with additions to Pyros, they're doing the same thing again with Hydatos and the public dungeon. I think you misunderstand the point of the public dungeon, if this is what I think it is the whole point is to be like a vanilla FFXI raid. Unless of course we get some watered down version of it like eureka is and yoshida's PR is only hype designed to make people run pagos, pyros and anemos.
