I suppose when your answer doesn't actually answer anything she said, it's natural to wonder if you even read her post or are just using it as a jumping off point. For instance, you're the only one who's making the claim that she thinks her opinion is law, despite that she said that's not at all what she thinks.

She keeps insisting I have to read her posts. Again and again and again. And she incorrectly prefaces her demands by insisting I didn't read her posts.
I have dismissed her opinion and have moved on, and she keeps insisting I have to reread her posts. This is a discussion about the state and path of FFXIV. If she doesn't agree with my opinion, then fine. But she needs to accept I don't agree with hers and move on without making up lies about me.

Bear in mind, this whole argument started because you insisted Eureka should have the same ilvl as raiders and it's unfair raiders get the best gear. No one has made lies about you. You've simply taken many of us out of context and dialed our posts up to their extreme. In other words, stop making strawmen and either refute the posts or step off the platform.

On this thread, I've been called a liar, troll and it's been insisted that I don't know what the basics of a PVE MMORPG and that I didn't read posts. Unless you can prove that I am a liar or a troll, or that I'm ignorant or I didn't read posts, then I'll acknowledge the accusations. Until then I'll call them lies and that's why I dial up their posts to the extreme.

For one, that isn't a personal attack. If your response barely acknowledges the post you're quoting, then logic dictates the person will assume you either didn't read what they said or you're chosen to ignore it. You asked me to read your post again. You did not accuse me of not reading it.

....See, now you're saying that she's making up lies about you which is another strawman that was unneeded. The whole point of a discussion is to have a discussion about differing opinions. You can't just say one person needs to accept that you don't agree with it and move on. It's not an echo chamber and that's not how discussions work.

Dismissing other people's opinions simply because you don't agree with them either is also a surefire way to make sure no one takes your own seriously either.

It's not an attack towards your character if you keep screaming that she's saying her opinions are law when she didn't state as much. You're not reading her posts then if that's your FIRST assumption instead of calmly rationalizing and refuting her points with points of your own. You're taking offense at every little thing that she's posting now simply because of a personal bias that you're starting to form that you don't like her.

If someone kept screaming at me that they think I'm saying that my opinions are law, I'd certainly tell them to reread my posts again as well if that wasn't my intention at all.
