I was never saying that you wanted it handed to you—that was hypothetical for the sake of the argument at hand. You were basically putting words in my mouth saying that I said you “don’t deserve it”; I gave you an example of when I would actually tell you you didn’t deserve something (i.e., if you wanted it just handed to you). Use your reading comprehension and critical thinking skills.

I don’t care how long you’ve played MMOs, nor did I mention anywhere that it even mattered. Not sure why you’re bringing it up to me.

I told you all the options you had to progress from i350 to i370. Go back and read them. I also said that there was nothing wrong with implementing new systems, but, again, you seem to have not even read that. What we have right now is what we have. If you want the gear progression, you have to put in the time for it utilitizing the systems this game currently offers. If you won’t put in the time, then you will just have to make do with what you have.

I also never said anything about my opinion being “law”. Again, you didn’t actually read what I wrote. However, it is solid fact that casual content does not require high item-level gear, and that high item-level gear is overkill for it; that’s not an opinion, but just how it is.

I suppose when your answer doesn't actually answer anything she said, it's natural to wonder if you even read her post or are just using it as a jumping off point. For instance, you're the only one who's making the claim that she thinks her opinion is law, despite that she said that's not at all what she thinks.

She keeps insisting I have to read her posts. Again and again and again. And she incorrectly prefaces her demands by insisting I didn't read her posts.

For one, that isn't a personal attack. If your response barely acknowledges the post you're quoting, then logic dictates the person will assume you either didn't read what they said or you're chosen to ignore it. ....See, now you're saying that she's making up lies about you which is another strawman that was unneeded. The whole point of a discussion is to have a discussion about differing opinions. You can't just say one person needs to accept that you don't agree with it and move on. It's not an echo chamber and that's not how discussions work.

Dismissing other people's opinions simply because you don't agree with them either is also a surefire way to make sure no one takes your own seriously either.

It's not an attack towards your character if you keep screaming that she's saying her opinions are law when she didn't state as much. You're not reading her posts then if that's your FIRST assumption instead of calmly rationalizing and refuting her points with points of your own. You're taking offense at every little thing that she's posting now simply because of a personal bias that you're starting to form that you don't like her.

You know, people would actually take you seriously and probably not think that you didn't read their posts if you would stop taking something from 1 and dialing it up to 11, especially if you're going to give Hyo attitude and be condescending like that when she never said or implicated as such.
