Make the rewards for Feast some sort of tokens and let those tokens be exchanged for any reward ever offered in Feast. There, problem solved. They are no longer exclusive, but they still require the same amount (and type) of effort.

If you still cannot understand the difference, it means you do not want to.

In real life, if you miss a sale, you can always buy the item at full price. If you miss that special number-limited figurine going on sale, you can always look for someone that got it and try buying it off of him. There is nothing exclusive in life. Except game content...
The problem with that design, as has been previously said in the PvP forums, is that if any and all rewards were made available after the fact, then why compete for them in the first place? If I can get Season 3's mount via tokens later, why bother competing to win it in Season 3? Why not just pull bare minimum and get it later in Season 7 or 8?

If an Olympic medalist doesn't win a medal during those games, in that year, in that place, even if they come back for the next games, should they get that last games' medal?

There's barely any exclusive anything in this game because of that mindset. Having something as a limited time reward for a competition entirely makes sense. Otherwise, why bother?
