Upon using quietus for the first time and realizing it was a GCD I started yelling at the clouds. lol It's value instantly became an MP refresh as opposed to a move I could weave into my rotation.
My only concern with moving Quietus off the GCD is that the cool down would have to be pretty short. Right now on large trash pulls the Quietus/DA-AD is extremely powerful. Popping a Blood Price/Blood Weapon with the initial pull and adding in a TBN in the middle I can usually get off 3 Quietus' and 3-4 DA-AD and watch mobs melt away.
