So anyone know what the supposed BiS for us is currently? Been looking around and haven't found anything solid. If there currently isn't one anyone know what's the lowest we want to hit on Skill Speed so I can plan something out around that? This will also be assuming that we still want DH>Det>Crit>SS.

Has anyone else noticed that popping BotD pre-pull helps free up some of the double weaving? Plus you still have plenty of time (6-7 seconds) left on BotD when you hit your 4th combo.

While I still strain to reduce wordiness in the OP, I do think this warrants mentioning somewhere (as with the merits of flipped SSD/Jump, the only reason it's not in there already is because I'm having trouble deciding). I heard rumors that some people were already doing this when it was 15s, so at 20s it should be nearly without risk. Nonetheless, I hesitate to present any non-foolproof precast as a "basic" technique.

I'm also iffy on precasting any buffs, honestly... HT is a great buff because the payoff is very quick, but buffing it itself seems kinda wimpy. And I already heard some complaints in HW that BL as soon as you tickle the boss is too early for some people. Perhaps when someone finally makes a really convincing party sim I can finally investigate that.

After deciding that low SS is probably not a serious problem (by fiat... plus my entire ARR+HW raiding and theorycrafting experience other than AlexPrime was that all this "minimum SS" stuff was just not helping), I have finally decided to take a risk on at least presenting weights that reflect a very low SS set (which is linked there), and presuming that a "minimum" should be up to raiders who know what they like. For now, i320 weights are removed while I ponder how one might see a "crit transition" coming; I can't shake the feeling that since it's already here, it may be with us all expansion. People who will be using only Lost Allagan (Tomestone of Creation) gear will have high SS.

Also, while it is a much more minor update than I'd like, I have added the first graphic to Chapter 1. I pray it does not look too busy, but should that be the case, one's eyes should nonetheless be able to follow the icons while it is open on another window, screen, or mobile device, I think while practicing their GCD muscle memory.
