WHM has much worse MP management than AST and SCH. AST can technically put a mp card on himself and even extend both mp card and their shrouds by another 10 seconds, wich then gives them mana for days. On top of that the card could potentially buffed beforehand to last longer/be stronger. AST even has noticeable lower MP costs overall...
As soon as you get a fight that exceeds 5 minutes WHM is running dry on mana and needs help, wich then lowers other peoples dps (Brd needs to stop requiem and whatnot) while AST and SCH can easily take care of their mp pool by themself.

Edit: AST also got Lightspeed (Granted i dont know if it is still a thing in SB), wich reduces mana costs by another 25%. Did i mention you can extend this one too? Dont tell me WHM has best mana management.
