In the light of Cure II being confirmed to proc Lilies 100% of the time, and the revelation that the build used during that press tour was a month or more old, perhaps we can step back a tad?

I know people are upset that anything is tied to Cure because "WHMs are supposed to heal with Regen" but it seems likely that SE doesn't want that to be the case which is why they're tying mechanics to Cure and not Regen.
