If you are that spiteful and annoyed there is no helping you. I'm sorry you need to just take a break. SE not going to do anything about dutyfinder. It's a playerbase created problem from their relentless farming design on these dungeons. My only suggestion to you is to find some friends and do a premade party then.
Edit: Part of the problem for players that are derping stems from 2.0 back when titan hardmode was first release. Ever since the outcry of "boohoo its too hard", SE has left dungeons and hardmode primals to become fodder that is more annoying than it is fun just because there is no challenge. Instead of having fun your just wanting to speed through it and anyone who's not doing their fair share is just a part of the problem. This mentality is going to eat at you and eat at you, you just gotta find a release other than these forums cause at the end of the day SE isn't going to change anything about this fodder content. Just being realistic.

It's not catering to elitists though...You have a role to play so you should be able to do that role..if you don't like it or feel it is not your style then np there are other jobs to do...if you DO like the role but are just not doing what you are supposed to do..the tests might make you realize "hmmm using these abilities are not enough..let me see what other spells I have and try to come up with a new strategy" It REALLY helps...I know from my experience in XI as RDM doing the Maat Fight..it was tough but really made me sit optimize my rotation in order to win...This is in many games too...esp MMOs..like in FF series...there is a boss fight..and if you dont use your materia properly or use a good strategy you will die..but! you can try again and try something new..I feel this is very positive instead of trying with others and if someone dies they get heat from them.I think if they made it part of the MSQ then this may work. But otherwise a lot of people will see it as too large an obstacle and may quit playing due to "catering to elitists" or "not letting me play how I want" aka actually requiring you to play above average so you aren't holding back your party so you can actually clear party duties in this party based MMO. Which means lose of subs. And Money > anything else.
It can be frustrating in a multiplayer game when you feel like your teammates aren't preforming up to your standard. However, I don't think there's much that can be done.
I'd wager that the average player of any game is not that good at it. Only certain players care about improvement in and of itself, others are happy if they're winning and will cheerfully do what they want until they hit a wall. At which point they will either improve themselves or move on to another game.
SE could impose a challenge that must be passed before queuing. My understanding is that WoW had something like that called Proving Grounds but eventually dropped it as a requirement to queue.
Most likely the people who approve of such gating can pass it without issue while those that actually need to improve will only be motivated to complain about it or move elsewhere.
Been playing for 6 years. Never ran into that issue personally.
It's unfortunately a valid point. Cater to the lowest level, and that's all you'll ever really get. Why get better when you can wait it out or ignore/avoid it away? That's how it starts, honestly. Rather, it already HAS started.
This is a new low for forum threads.
I'm not saying it doesn't happen, i just feel like it's way more uncommon than its made out to be.
And even if they did remove classes alltogether, people wouldn't become better all of sudden.
Well, yeah.. they had classes and jobs back then too. o:
