I'm just starting to experiment with cleric stance with my whm at lv 54, and there is no way that I am going to CC this onto the other hlr classes, ever.

A few things:

1. You should have been experimenting/using Cleric Stance way back when you first got access to it. Not at level 54.

2. What other Cross Class skill will you take over Cleric Stance?

3. Without it you are being inefficient and not playing your job to its full potential. That's up to you, but expect some backlash.
