Often I'll just stop healing people if they're even remotely a dick to me. Naturally, I give DPS a considerably lower priority on my healing list. If a DPS dies, whatever. The tank is more important, as they prevent me from spamming heals. Chances are, I'm going to do what I can to fill in their place anyway. In something like Fractal or Neverreap, I'm often not healing at all (besides sustaining Regen and Medica II). I'll also abuse the DPS who think they're high-and-mighty, as seems to be common with DRGs and BLMs.. especially BLMs.

Rule 1 of RPG's: Don't piss off your healer. They'll eat your soul.

I'm not being paid to be there, so I'll gladly stop providing a service to someone who I don't think deserves it.

I will admit, I've seen people either not dodge, ignore mechanics and complain to the others, in a very harsh way, or just giving a new person a hard time...or a DPS who feels they should pull for the tank who didn't ask them to. Suddenly my controller dies and I go grab a beer.

Though sometimes when I'm running the vault I look at how nice everything is and people...have..died. "What a pretty sunset..Oh $%#$!"

I'll admit that I'm never fully paying attention to what's going on on the screen. I mean, when you're farming for something, things get pretty tediously boring so I keep myself entertained by watching YouTube videos on the side while spamming Cure I hoping that the tank knows what he's doing so I don't have to keep glancing back in order to whip out the big heals. Needless to say, that has caused more than one wipe before. I can't blame anyone but myself on those occasions! Though, I do try to be a bit more attentive when in a group I've noticed aren't doing too well or the run is going particularly slow.

Got into Pharos it was the DPS first time, both so we wiped, Ranked blamed me, because he decided to run off with low health and not get healed first. Said it was easy if we used our brains, so since I didn't appropriate his attitude, I didn't heal him at all and said it was because he kept running out of rang, I felt bad for DPS, but first I'm chasing you down to heal you, and second if it's so easy then obviously you don't need my help right?

I hate healing. I main healer in PvP as there isn't enough of them.
But it's absolutely not something I enjoy. But I'll keep doing it because the feast is fun, as is most PvP modes.

I have a bad habit of letting DPS who try to off-tank or not FF tank's target die. I'll warn them once, then if they do it again, I let them die and say, "Now what did we learn?"

Healer and Tank suck, my DPS is just too good. Only way to teach them is to get more DEEPS.

That the tank is bad...? (or undergeared). If the tank was undergeared, then yeah I can see it, maybe if the DPS was being terrible, but if not, it's not the DPS' fault, it's the tanks.
I don't see how killing a DPS when the tank is bad helps at all.
