To be fair, the tank repositioning the pack can be a huge DPS loss. It's better to run the lost adds to the tank so they can pick them back up.I have developed a fondness for the Rescue cross skill.
Not for the troll factor mind you (although the temptation is great). No, I enjoy it because when I've got adds on me that the tank has failed to grab, I just wank them close and they see the error of their ways and proceed to grab them.
I love keeping my tanks on a short leash =)
Don't make a mistake worse out of spite. Recover from it optimally.

I've been seeing a ton of plds use clemency way more than they should in dungeons. While playing my sch I've been finding this really annoying, like great wasted lustrate/excog . So I've been petting the tanks who do unnecessary clememcies.
I just had a tank that pulled the first two packs of Doma Castle without using any cooldowns on his own. I keep him up until the mobs are at ~20% with my own cooldowns (Eye, Largesse, Synastry, swiftcast, AoE stun, the works). He dies. I die, dps die. When we get back, I type "If you pull that big, you want to rotate cooldowns."
His response: "You do your job and I'll do mine n$##@."
So, after the next pull (cause he's taking way too much damage during pulls) I type "Well you didn't back there on the first pull."
Him: "Says you n$##@"
Pulls boss.
Me: "Actually, it was how fast your health tanked that said it."
After boss.
Him: "Out of every healer i've had, you're the only one that's b#$^$#."
Me: "Just helping you not die again on easy trash with advice."
I only run leveling roulette as a healer when clusters are up. Some days, because this is what I see so often, I won't even do it.
I cannot heal stupidity (those who stand in aoe and other stupid things people tend to do)...
I usually tell the tank to pull everything (to give me the slightest challenge), but I still end om going full DPS (I let medica II, Regen and Asylum do the healing)...
Starting with my favourite combo: Holy, Swiftcast, Holy, Assize, just to see massive damage in (and surpass the damage dealers DPS)... (I might end up dealing more damage the damage dealers...)
I feel the healers purpose is to keep the party alive, I interpret that as dealing so much damage to the enemy so they dies before they kills us...
I am mostly doing something else while I am in an instance (e.g. playing with my dog) and casting cure II on the tank once in a while...
I care more about dealing damage than healing my party (rule 1: They need <15-20 % HP before they may see my legendary healing blast!)...
If they die, they can be raised, but I will never get my Stone III, IV back, if I healed them...
