For better or worse, that's been a targeted design methodology in many a game, right alongside "easy to learn, difficult to master".

Not just in many games, it also applies to real life skills. Great surgeon not necessarily have 200% more skill than normal surgeons but the small things add up that distinguish the person to be a great one. Honestly it's the same principle for anything, generally speaking.Isn't that the way tapering skill cap works? Or how people can take this game way too seriously.

Or if you dont find pushing your limit more, maybe Savage raiding isnt for you. It's fun for me that's for sure.


It's great if it's fun for you.
However, the problem is still berating and kicking people when they don't find that fun, even though what they do is clearly enough to clear the content.
