Just because a game has some element in it does not really make the game that type of game unless that is the only element in the game or that element is the majority of said game.

It is a raiding game, pvp game, story game, crafting game, gathering game........You know an MMORPG. The game is everything that is in it, every aspect of the game should be taken into account. If the PVPers want more content that is more in depth, then they should be able to ask for it. The same as us raiders would like you know, actual raids? It is a justified request of SE to add in more things and stuff to do at end game then just 4 bosses....
