YES, but you can buy your "class's appropriate gear" and use it IMMEDIATELY.

Even at level 50 Rank in PvP you cannot use the gear you don't have levels for.

Your comparing apples to oranges. Find a more appropriate comparison, one has nothing to do with the other.

I want one small part of the game to be like the rest of the game. I don't see why that is "BAD". The rest of the game is designed good, this is designed poorly.

Truth to be told, they're both separate instances in the game and have their own qualifications and statistics. We shouldn't be comparing the two, but you keep saying that you earned the right to wear it with your "hard work" when you don't have the PvP rank to show for it.
