    So. Just so I get this in my head.

    Garuda doesn't have an Auto-Attack.

    Ifrit has Auto-Attack and a 3s Cast ability.

    SS Doesn't affect Garuda at all, but affects Ifrits Burning Strike? Wot.

    Or, is it that SS doesn't affect pets, but, Enhanced Pet 20% SS acts as a haste for pets?
