Can you please explain that further, I don't understand. I get the idea of treating a dot like a nuke with the duration of the dot. Makes sense. But as the dot timer is fixed, and not a function of spell speed, I am not getting the "If you do this, you'll realize that our "CDs" scale with SS which no other class does." part.
At the end of the day, however the math ends up working, The only value I see in spell speed would be whatever additional ruin casts it would create.

As in, instead of treating BioII as a skill which does x10 35 Potency Ticks, you treat BioII has a 350 Potency skill, then remove the DoT ticks when you are, or will, clip the DoT. So of course, if you have a higher Skillspeed, you can push that 350 Potency out quicker. The function remains the same, you're not messing with DoT ticks and it just makes everything easier to handle.
I understand that part - it's the spell speed impact I am not getting. So I cast a 350 potency nuke. 30 seconds later I cast it again. I could triple my spell speed, and it won't make that Bio2 do more dmg (aside from its direct dmg impact, which I believe you've confirmed to be less than det). And it won't let me cast more Bio2's. How does that interaction cause the statement: " our "CDs" scale with SS which no other class does." I feel like it's more the opposite, as so much of our damage is via dots and ogcds, it actually impacts SMN less than most.
Also please note as I know things do not always come across the right way via typing - but I am not trying to be difficult or even argue - simply trying to understand.

Can people double check everything looks "okay" so far and also tell me if the DoT timings look "accurate"? If you want, I can post a pic with a desired Skillspeed (takes less than 5s to change, take pic, upload and post) so you can check timings for me.The Rotation is in Column B. The timers of the remaining duration of DoTs are Columns C, F, I , L, O and R for Dreadwyrm Trance (It's labelled Botd atm lol)
Again, no pets. Fester isn't in the GCD rotation, but instead, I've just treated it as a 10s oCD. A lot of other things I need to sort out, but that's the progress so far. Just want to check everything is "up to your standard".

Anyways, I do, but I rather not get messages from there. I made a form for people who don't want to send through email and reddit.

Meh.. I think it would have been better to allow summoners to summon more than one pet at once, and just give us abilities to buff and sustain them while also controlling them. In my opinion that’s where the summoner should get its dps from, then again I could just be retarded![]()
