You're really splitting hairs if you're trying to squeeze in a DF roulette 30 minutes before a scheduled raid. As a pseudo-raid leader, this is one of my pet peeves if I see somneone queuing up for a roulette when its 30> minutes before our meet up time, and I full well expect them to bail if it's going to take longer than that and the other 6 members and I are waiting for them since it's our savage progression night.
