So if I'm raiding as a tank on one character this prevents me raiding as a dps on another character? No it doesn't. So why should raiding as a tank prevent me from raiding as a dps on the same character?

Except it doesn't prevent you from raiding on your dps job -___-

Both your tank and dps jobs don't need to be full i200+ to raid.
