    Honestly, the fact my heal ranges are lower, my potency are lower, I lack the HEALING cds/utility of healers, and am a cheap ripoff of spells, similiar to SCH/WHM, but worse... I have to say that's the kind of support we need from a class.

    Omg, but it's so much fun when you draw the right cards and buff people! Yeah, that's totally an amazingly helpful thing when raiding, isn't it? "At least it's fun!"
    Well this is a key issue with our buff system, only half are good. The other are just /shrug worthy at best.

    Ewer - 9/10 times you use it on yourself
    Spire - All dps can restore they're own TP so you just give it to the tanks even though you already have either a NIN, BRD, or MCH in the Full party.
    Spear - Yea it's just broken so your either RR it, use it on yourself before using Lumi Aether, or just toss it on someone hoping they haven't used Abilities yet.

    I would much rather change these cards to something more useful or make them debuff cards for enemies.

    Still I haven't heard any good reasons for stance dancing. Like I said, the other healer can handle the opposite sect way better than any stance dance could do anyway. There is a thing called healer synergy.
    The issue with slow, stun, silence is the diminish returns problem. It would be nice by just change the effect from stun to a new effect called stop to beat this hindrance. As for Gravity, a 20s Slow would be nice to help healing and diminishing returns keeps it in check so you can't spam it and keep the monster in continuous slow effect.

    As for the elephant in the room, all healers stance dance between healing and dps with cleric stance. WHM/SCH work well together because they don't overlap each other. WHM/AST work good together because Diurnal doesn't overwrite regen. SCH/AST don't play nice together because Noct effect doesn't like Galvanized. At the very least noct should be change to make it work better for the stance.

    Diurnal Sect - remove the front loaded heal from Aspect Benefic and Aspect Helios to just be HoT spells and lower the mp cost of them
    Noct Sect - change barrier to increases HP recovery via healing magic or defensive buff.
