Just looking at potency per second, the TK opener isnt worth it. Top is my opener, bottom TK. These values are ignoring crits & xpot & fists of fire.

Although, you applied the full dmg of Demo and TOD at the start of applications in this spreadsheet. I purposely left out TOD and also, put Snap instead of Demo in my 9th GCD there as otherwise, Demo is clipped and I can't delay it since I want to be able to get to DK as quickly as I can.
My spreadsheet has GCD timer counter and then separate DOT counter (every 3s) for the dot ticks.
That being said I did measure based on potencies only, so maybe yours one will end up higher still pps-wise.
(which makes me sad!)
